Refund requests made over the phone will be handled right then and there. One of our support agents will cancel your subscription and refund you up to sixty days of subscription payments for the program. If you request a refund via our “Contact Us” forms, a customer support agent will email you back with the confirmation regarding your successful refund.
Our refund policy is as follows: we will refund up to sixty days of subscription program payments—that’s two payments—no questions asked. Please bear in mind that we cannot refund more than sixty days of subscription payments for the same subscription program.

Products & Delivery

If your product hasn’t arrived after 7 business days, please call (888) 729 – 6151 or email [email protected] making us aware of your delay in shipping. We will be able to check where your product is in transit and on what date your product was actually shipped. If we can not locate your product in transit and it has been more than 7 business days since you ordered it, we will send you a new product free of charge.
Sometimes it can take 7 – 10 days business days for products to reach their destinations depending on where you are in the world in relation to our warehouse. Please allow for this amount of time for your product to arrive. Additionally, please consult your confirmation email of the package being sent for the Tracking Number to see where your package is today. If you receive a product that is broken, first of all, we are incredibly sorry for this inconvenience. We will immediately send you out a new product free of charge, and thank you for your patience.
Memberships
Upon signing up for a membership or purchasing a product that comes with a membership, you are sent an email in which there is a link you can click that brings you to the site on which you can set up your username and password. Should you know the email with which you used on our site please click the link to reset your password.

Our refund policy for products is as follows: we will refund products up to sixty days after receipt of product. To begin this process please call (888) 729 – 6151 or email [email protected] asking for a product refund. Prior to issuing the refund the support team will provide you with instructions on returning your product. Once we have received your returned product a full refund will be issued.
We understand that circumstances may arise where customers need to cancel orders. If an order is canceled after it has been shipped due to a delayed cancellation request, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) will be provided upon customer request.
For cancellations made after the order has been shipped, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. For instance, if an order is placed on Sunday and the customer contacts us by 9:30 AM on the same day, but the order has already been shipped, an RMA will be issued, and return shipping fees will apply.
Returns are accepted within 60 days, except for items damaged during shipping. For damaged items, we kindly request photographic evidence, allowing us to promptly provide a replacement or refund.

Please note that bank processing time for refunds typically takes 3-5 business days. For returns, the processing time is up to 14 days.

For Trial Products:
By placing your Trial order, the trial begins 1 day from the date you received your order. You will be notified via email 3-7 days prior to expiration of trial period, and given instructions on how to cancel. If you do not cancel before the end of the 14 day trial period, you will be billed $57 starting on day 15 after you’ve received your purchase and every 30 days thereafter until you cancel your subscription.
If for any reason you wish to cancel one of your subscription programs, in order to cancel a subscription with us, please call (888) 729 – 6151 or email [email protected] asking for a cancellation. Cancellation requests made over the phone will be handled right then and there. If you request a cancellation through email, a customer support agent will email you back with the information regarding your successful cancellation and confirming that no further payments will be charged.
Technical
Streaming video is a function of your Internet Service Provider. If the video has begun loading and is slow or choppy, you will need to seek a faster connection, or pause the video while it loads. If the video will not load at all it is likely that the link is incorrect, please call (888) 729 – 6151 or email [email protected] and we will send you a new download link to your preferred email address.
